We've made a few changes to this as well to make it a little easier to access and navigate.
First up we got rid of the separate login. That was a mistake and I really don't know what I was thinking! You can now go anywhere in this area of the site without the need to register or login.
We've also redone the main page which was pretty awful as well. You should find it a lot simpler and easier to navigate… and you should be able to access the areas you need with a few less clicks and a lot less head-scratching.
The main goal there was to make it simple, so we're trying to focus that page on a few key tasks… ie the bare minimum you need to get set up and manage your account, plus some simple workflows and action plans to take advantage of the advanced tools and features.
I think we're getting close on that now, but your feedback and suggestions are always much appreciated.
GlobalEye is a constantly evolving platform, so this Documentation will always be a work in progress, but I do think we've now got this structured in a way we can add value for you without adding to the complexity or confusion.
There are a couple of things you can do to help…
Ratings: You'll find a Star Rating option on most pages in the Documentation. It's virtually instant, and if you can take a moment can to rate the various articles any time you're looking for information or assistance, it will help us identify those that need more work.
Comments: You'll also find a Comment form on many of the pages. If there is something specific you were looking for that you feel is missing from the Documentation, or a useful tip or suggestion you want to add for the other Members, please feel free to leave a comment.
All I'll ask is that you don't ask for help this way… if you need an answer, ALWAYS use the Helpdesk.
